Breakfast Shake

Ingredients
2 or more bananas, peeled and frozen
2 T. cocoa powder
1 package Instant Breakfast powder or 2 T. protein powder (optional)
1/4 c. peanut butter
1 T. flax
2 tsp. vanilla
2-3 c. milk (regular or plant milk)
2 c. vanilla ice cream and/or yogurt
2-3 handfuls of ice
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender.
Add more ice for thickness; more milk to thin out.
