Breakfast Shake

Ingredients

  • 2 or more bananas, peeled and frozen
  • 2 T. cocoa powder
  • 1 package Instant Breakfast powder or 2 T. protein powder (optional)
  • 1/4 c. peanut butter
  • 1 T. flax
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2-3 c. milk (regular or plant milk)
  • 2 c. vanilla ice cream and/or yogurt
  • 2-3 handfuls of ice

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender.
  2. Add more ice for thickness; more milk to thin out.
