Chocolate Chip & Cream Cheese Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 T. vanilla
2 T. white vinegar
2 c. sour cream, plain yogurt, or vanilla yogurt
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
4 c. flour
2 c. chocolate chips
Cream Cheese Filling
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
6 T. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Line muffins tins with paper baking cups. This recipe makes about 3 dozen muffins.
Cream oil and sugar together.
Add and mix in eggs, vanilla, and vinegar.
Add and mix in sour cream or yogurt.
Add the salt and baking soda.
Add flour and mix until combined.
Add chocolate chips.
Prepare the filling: With a mixer, beat the cream cheese with the sugar and vanilla.
Fill muffin cups about half-way.
Add about a half tablespoon of filling on top of each muffin.
Add more batter on top of the filling.
Bake for about 15-20 min. A toothpick should come out clean after sticking it in a muffin's center.
