Chocolate & Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients
1 c. graham cracker or chocolate cookie crumbs
Pinch of cinnamon
3 T. cocoa (if using graham crackers)
3 1/2 T. sugar
3 T. flour
3 T. melted butter
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 T. vanilla
1 1/2 c. whipping cream
3 oz. milk chocolate, melted
1 1/2 T. oil
1/4 c. chopped peanuts or 1 c. roughly chopped peanut butter cups
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Make the crust by combining the crumbs, cinnamon, cocoa (if using), 3 1/2 T. sugar, flour and melted butter in a medium bowl.
Press crumbs in a pie tin.
Bake for 10 min.
Let the crust cool.
Cream together the cream cheese, peanut butter, 1 c. sugar, and vanilla.
Whip the cream and fold it into the peanut butter mixture.
Pour it all into the crust and put in the fridge to cool.
For the topping, combine the milk chocolate and oil.
Spread on top of the pie.
Top with chopped peanuts or peanut butter cups.
Chill until serving.
