Alfredo Sauce (Made with Cream Cheese)
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 c. milk
- 6 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions
- Melt butter in a saucepan, over medium heat.
- Add cream cheese, whisking until pretty smooth.
- Slowly add milk while whisking.
- Add Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and pepper.
- Continue to cook until it is nice and creamy.
