Creamy Corn

Ingredients

  • 20-24 oz. frozen corn kernels
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 T. sugar
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 2 T. butter
  • 1 c. whole milk
  • 2 T. flour
  • 1/4 c. parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, combine corn, cream, sugar, salt, pepper, onion powder, and butter.
  2. Whisk the flour into the milk, a little bit at a time.
  3. Add milk mixture to skillet.
  4. Continue to cook and stir until thickened.
  5. Add parmesan cheese.
  6. Serve or keep warm.
