Easy Key Lime Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 prepared 9-inch graham cracker crust (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 c. (about 3 med. limes' worth) fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp. lime zest
  • 2 c. whipped cream or frozen whipped topping (thawed)
  • Thin lime slices, for garnish

Directions

  1. Beat sweetened condensed milk with lime juice.
  2. Stir in zest.
  3. Pour into crust.
  4. Spread whipped cream or whipped topping on top.
  5. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
  6. Garnish with lime slices.
