Tortellini Soup

Ingredients
2 T. olive oil
2 cloves of garlic (or 1 tsp. minced garlic)
2 cans of condensed tomato soup
1/4 c. sun-dried tomatoes, chopped, and/or 1/2 c. fresh tomato, chopped
2 c. half-and-half or milk
2 c. broth
1 tsp. onion powder
1 T. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt (or to taste)
1 package tortellini (frozen, fresh, or dry)
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, for garnish
Directions
In a large stock pot over medium heat, saute garlic in olive oil until golden brown. Make sure it doesn't get burnt!
Add soup, tomatoes, half-and-half or milk, broth and spices.
Bring to a simmer.
Drop tortellini into the soup and cook them according to package directions.
Serve topped with Parmesan cheese.
