Ingredients
1 1/4 c. whole-wheat flour
1 1/4 c. white flour
1/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. ground flax
2 1/2 c. plant milk or water
2 T. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Pour wet ingredients in the center and stir until blended.
Drop batter by spoonfuls onto med-high-heater, lightly-oiled pan.
Cook until edges look dry.
Flip & cook about 2 min. more.
