White Bread with the Bread Machine
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 2 T. butter
- 1 3/4 tsp. salt
- 2 T. dry milk
- 2 T. sugar
- 4 c. flour
- 2 T. vital wheat gluten
- 1 T. ground flax, optional
- 1 tsp. yeast
Directions
- Add all ingredients, except for yeast, to a bread machine's pan in the order given.
- Make a well in the flour and add the yeast.
- Use the basic white bread setting.
